Missing order information


After a successful payment we transfer you to a dedicated screen where we would like to show you information about your order. However, due to system error or network issues we can't contact our payment service provider and get your order details.

You can only experience this message after the payment has been processed.

Potential fixes

  • If you are seeing this warning, no action is needed. Your payment was successful and we will email you the order details instead.
