Collecting logs

The Cursorly app collects logs in the background and these logs can help us find the root cause.

Since the logs are stored on your computer, we've built a simple feature that will send these logs to our team. The only thing you need to do is to click the bug icon in the menu on the left side.

You also need to notify us that you have sent these logs so that we can do further analysis. Please consult contact page for our email address.
